Green coffee beans in burlap sacks and a traditional drum roaster on the roasting floor

Copper Hollow · Family-run since 2004

Small-batch coffee, roasted with care.

We import green coffee through long-standing partners and roast it fresh several times a week on a traditional drum roaster. No espresso bar, no seats — just good beans, bagged whole or ground, ready for your kitchen.

Hailey answers day or night — even when the roastery's closed.

Hailey picks up, every single time.

Hailey's our AI phone assistant, and she knows the roastery inside out. She'll never put a regular on hold, never let a wholesale lead go to voicemail, and she's wide awake at 2am when you realize you're out of beans for tomorrow morning.

  • Checks what's in stock and what just came off the roast
  • Shares our hours and this week's roasting schedule
  • Takes phone orders for whole bean or ground — pickup or shipping
  • Handles wholesale inquiries for cafés and restaurants

Our process

From green bean to your kitchen, the honest way.

We're a family-run roastery — have been for two decades. No corporate parent, no warehouse of stale pre-ground coffee. Just green beans we trust, a drum roaster we know by sound, and a stubborn focus on freshness and traceability.

01

Sourced the slow way

Two decades of relationships with the same import partners. We buy green coffee from farms and co-ops we know by name — traceable to the mill, not the shipping container.

02

Roasted in small batches

Several times a week, on a traditional cast-iron drum roaster we've run since the beginning. Small batches mean we watch every origin for the exact moment its character opens up.

03

Bagged fresh, dated honestly

Whole bean or ground, sealed in kraft with a roast date on every bag. No mystery coffee — you always know what you're brewing and when it came off the drum.

How it works

Three rings, start to finish.

Step 1

You pick up the phone

One number — for a bag of beans, a question about what's fresh, or a wholesale chat for your café. No menus, no hold music.

Step 2

Hailey answers instantly

Day or night, open hours or after close. She greets you like a regular and already knows what's on the shelves and what's on the roasting schedule.

Step 3

Order placed, question answered, lead routed

She takes your order for pickup or shipping, tells you what's in stock, or gathers the details for a wholesale inquiry and gets it to the right person.

Hearth & Bean rewards

Our punch card, gone digital.

Same idea as the paper card on the counter — spend $20, get a punch. Hit $100 and there's $5 off your next bag waiting. We just keep track of it for you, so it never gets lost in the wash.

A punch every $20

Every $20 you spend earns one punch on your card. We track it for you — no physical card to forget at home.

$5 off at $100

Fill 5 punches (that's $100 spent) and redeem for $5 off your next bag. Bank rewards or spend them whenever you like.

We remember your taste

Over time we build a little portfolio of what you buy and how often — so Hailey can remind you when your favorite roast comes off the drum.
